Value isn’t built in a day. It is a process that results in the creation and execution of a strategy allowing business owners to build the value of their business.
This allows them the freedom to decide whether to sell their company or keep it in the family. Either way, they end up with a better company that is healthier, growing and valuable.
Building Rome and creating a valuable business have much in common. Both need strong foundations. Both must be able to withstand the unforeseen events. And both must adapt to the changing needs or demands of main stakeholders – be it Caesar or the owner/customers of a business.
